I have always been welcomed by the front employees of the service area when I enter the service area. the service representative, David Palmer, has been very helpful and friendly. People complete the work in the time estimate they give or even earlier. I have had pleasant experience every time I visited the service center. The technician who worked on my ES350 (2011) was Daniel Jaya ( I think). If you have a requirement to get at least one technician's name in this review, then ask your people to PRINT their name on the card they leave in the car when they service it. More

Bill was wonderful in pickup/delivery of my car and even noticed that my inspection sticker was expi with. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!
