I arrived late to the dealership but was still taken care of shortly after arriving. In addtion to my 35,000 mile maintenance, I requested a State Inspection and asked them to attach my recently purchased V of shortly after arriving. Everything was handled and to my surprise did not cost me an "arm and a leg" as I feared. As long as all these elements remain, I will be returning for future maintenance. More
I've been going to this dealer for more than 5 yrs. I'm always treated great. My car is a 2003 with 112,000 mi, runs great but little thing that are very expensive are now broken. A driver side door lock cost 600.00+ and I need (2). How does a simple door lock stop working. I've already replaced the 2 on the other side. That means in 10 yrs of owning this car I would have replaced all 4 door locks at $2400.00. Something is very wrong with that. The cost of ownership of a Lexus should not be that high. Door Locks? I was originally not charged for my service visit. A few days later Charles Perkins called me to tell me they had incorrectly not charged me since i did not buy my vehicle at WEstside lexus.
