I was close to my 60,000 mile service when I had difficulty starting the car. I suspected the battery; and did not want to wait any longer, called my service advisor Charles Perkins. Told him of m difficulty starting the car. I suspected the battery; and did not want to wait any longer, called my service advisor Charles Perkins. Told him of my situation and that I needed to bring my car in. As I live about 2100 miles from the dealership, I started to Houston. Charles informed me that the 60,000 mile service was major and was to long to wait for and that there were no loaner cars available. He suggested that I wait until one was returned. By the time I reached the dealership a car had been turned in and I could use it. Since there was not time to complete the work that day; I used the loaner until the next day. Great service on a spur of the monent situation. The battery was bad and would have caused trouble in a very short time. Thanks to Charles for a job VERY WELL DONE!! More
