I have had two experiences with Westside Lexus for service and minor body repair that were really very good. However, when I tried to buy a new IS 4 years ago from Westside, I did not get the same fe service and minor body repair that were really very good. However, when I tried to buy a new IS 4 years ago from Westside, I did not get the same feeling. I happened to have been driving a company work vehicle at the time and the sales representative was rather snobby. She really had no time to deal with me. So, I bought from Northside (I realize it is a sister company). I am sorry that you missed the sale, westside. I live only 7 miles from Westside and about 22 miles from Northside. My buying experience at Northside was great though. I have told several potential Lexus buyers that the Service at Westside is great, but I would not buy a vehicle there unless things changed. More

Took my LS460L in for Service. Service concierge set me up with Dave Haas. Dave was friendly, professional and took the time to understand my issues, explain the process and work with my extended warranty up with Dave Haas. Dave was friendly, professional and took the time to understand my issues, explain the process and work with my extended warranty policy. Complimentary loaner cars make going in for service convenient. Dave always returned my phone calls within a reasonable amount of time and kept me informed of the status of my repairs/extended warranty claim during this visit, and always reassured me that the repairs would be completed on time/or as promised. The service cashiers are friendly and quick. My car was returned to me washed and vacuumed. Nice touch. Definitely recommend Dave Haas. He has been there many years and its for a reason. More
Jose was super great, punctual, and really knew what he was doing! We have a 2010 preowned, certified Lexus RX 350 that we bought about 1 1/2 years ago and the battery died. We didn't know until that day was doing! We have a 2010 preowned, certified Lexus RX 350 that we bought about 1 1/2 years ago and the battery died. We didn't know until that day that the manual keys that were in our fobs do NOT open our car! So.... we couldn't get into the car to open the hood. Jose carefully got the car open with an air bladder, got it started, checked the battery, replaced the battery and then thought to ask me if I was using my manual garage door opener because he noticed it on my visor. I told him that I had tried to program the car to open the garage door, but had failed with the simple method and never gotten on a ladder to adjust the opener and get it done right. He hopped on his ladder, checked the opener, pushed some buttons, and it was working in about 2 minutes! Simple for him, but something I just hadn't done. It was so great of him to notice and offer to do that for me, and that is one of the reasons my husband and I so appreciate Lexus service and are on our 3rd Lexus right now! Our son just graduated from college two days ago, and we have already told him when he gets a job he should look at a pre-owned IS.
