The services representative did that for me and was very honest about it and not try to hide and make more money out of it. It said a lot about the integrity of the dealership. Good quality of services overall. I have been other Lexus dealership service center before and once you know you have been cheated for spending more money that 's not necessary and you don't want to go back that service center ever.
