This is not your grandfather's dealership I remember when going to the dealership for service was most unpleasant. You had to leave your car, they overcharged you, no loaners ever, and they assumed the customer was the least educated person on the planet. No more, at least not at Westside Lexus. They have a very nice waiting area, where you can sit and read, watch TV, or work while you wait for your car. If there is a problem with the repairs that will take longer than anticipated they have loaner cars available for you. The prices are reasonable. Perhaps you could find another shop that charges less but will they treat you like a valued customer, can you wait for your car, do they have a comfortable waiting area, will they do the work right the first time? We have always dealt with Laura Brown as our service advisor. She tells us what we need and does not pad the bill with a bunch of worthless extras or unneeded work. She is very professional. When it comes time to replace our car, we know exactly where to buy the next one and all because of their service department. More

Had major accident while on vacation. Check out car. My wife rear ended a pickup truck while in a rotary in Chatham, MA on July 3rd. Had to have car repaired there and transported home. Knew the radio My wife rear ended a pickup truck while in a rotary in Chatham, MA on July 3rd. Had to have car repaired there and transported home. Knew the radio wouldn't work and two front tires needed replacement but not sure what else needed attention. Westside performed a Fitness Inspection and found the replacement battery installed May 2016 by AAA improperly installed and essentially worthless. Everything else checked out OK, which was of considerable relief to my wife. More
