Once you purchase a BMW they could careless aabout you when it comes to service. I sold my BMW and came back to Lexus. Dave Haas was my service advisor for my old Lexus and is again my service advisor for my Lexus. He always has a car ready for me so I am in and out very quickly. The entire staff is very friendly. Buying my car through Louis was easy as well. Other dealerships could learn a lot about service from Westside. More
