I reached out to Ford financing, and they said they don't charge a first-time buyers fee and that the fee Westway was referring to was something they just added to the asking price to make more. I'll be reporting this dealership to Ford Corp and reaching out to legal to get that fee remembered.

The price wasn't the issue. The issue was that westway Ford did not Want to sell me the truck because I would not finance with them. Westway Ford would not return my calls or reply to my emails. My $54,000 check wasn't enough for these greedy scumb bags.
