Are you able to (1) provide the vehicle the that I was prepared to purchase (2) at the price that was agreed to (3) with the fixes that were agreed to and (4) provide the same trade in value for my current vehicle. If not, then this is at best, a half-hearted attempt for social media appearances only. And, if your organization is interested in improving systemic (as evidenced by the many other horrible ratings/experiences) deficiencies, why would I speak with someone from customer relations rather than the dealership GM that sent me the, seemingly auto-generated, follow up email??? I await your response.

Your "Customer Relations Department" number isn't a working number. If you really cared about your customers, you would proactively call them, instead of giving them a non-working number. You don't care about your customers; you only care about bad press. Your "apologies" are NOT sincere. You have my car, and I can't even get a status. Alex said he could have a part the "next day", and now you've had my car for close to 3 weeks.
