Sanchez sold me a great car for great price. Very blunt and to the point, didn’t let me waste time looking at cars I was only halfway satisfied with so it saved me some time. Not the best. Service was great at one time, but the quality of work is no longer what it was. The advisor told me that the service for oil and filter change was on a first-come-first-serve basis. Bad salesman Ray Delgado sold me a lemon. I was overcharged for a 2014 fiesta. Didn't last for a yr. I had service for it to be fixed from west Ford. The car had a recall on it. He wasn't honest. He takes advantage of people. He is a scammer. I wouldn't recommend him. I finally purchased a cash car from Ford Mcdavaid without any problems. He was friendly of course.I had a down payment. That was his commission to get paid off.His hospitality was good. That about all. He sold me a bad car over 25,000 wasn't worthy.
