I contacted Lauren Martinez and spoke with her, she said she would have the GM to get in touch with me its been 3 weeks and i haven't spoke to her or the general managers as of 112021, ladies before you buy a car, take a male with you to inspect the vehicle before you buy it.

Westway Ford response is always canned -- take notice and they have not responded back to me at any attempt -- Lauren's e-mail bounces back, General Manager does not respond --- Westway is known right now for not responding to customer concerns and I will continue to reply and post my concerns till I am heard. I am never purchasing or visiting this establishment ever as result of the lack of customer care or even fulfilling promises to pay for items they said they would with the e-mail received. All talk, no real action! --- DO NOT BUY from Westway Ford !
