2021-F150 Platinum Sell on July 8th, 2021 - Poor Customer service after purchase, hidden APR - wait and find interest when making first payment after initial told was same as my previous 2018 purchase of 0% service after purchase, hidden APR - wait and find interest when making first payment after initial told was same as my previous 2018 purchase of 0% -- stuck with now 15,000 in interest... Never kept deals to transfer tech items at time of purchase of truck after promising to switch dash cams from one vehicle to the new truck at local best buy or car toys. Instead removed them from the 2018 truck less than week after sell of car and sold to another customer (No telling where my cams went to) I just wanted opportunity to have them transferred, and was willing to pay for Best Buy or CarToys but was not given the opportunity -- as no promises kept from Sales Rep - Austin Deras with no responses to voicemail, calls, emails sent to confirm status of this deal promise, Customer Service Reps - Lauren Martinez later contacted me and last time on Aug 3rd as per her e-mail summarized below which was the last time she had contact with me as I was promised to resolve deal or let me know since she was seeking to pay me for the new cams I purchased that I thought was very nice gesture, but no response since that time. This was summary of her response on Aug 3 by email , but no response since..... From Lauren Martinez indicating they would get back with me after speaking with GSM on reimbursement for purchase of installation of the dash cams and to be patient and she would get back with me soon. This was my last response to my emails with no further communication to update me, along with her e-mail bouncing back as well on another contact attempt made during this month since. Since this time - I returned my 2nd follow-up Ford Customer Viewpoint a with poor rating as result because You cannot trust anyone at Westway! I thought Finance was good -- but I will never purchase again and the Service Contracts -- only good at Westway (Not All Ford Dealers support so please avoid purchasing 8k in extra service contracts). Keep away from this dealer at all cost --- They will cost you in the end - trust me! More
HORRIBLE. We agreed on pricing and drove all the way from out of state (8 hours) to finalize and purchase a truck. Sales person “wasn’t aware he should share that markup with us.” DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. More
I purchased my first vehicle from Westway Ford in June 2021. The truck came with 2200 miles on it. When I asked about the mileage, I was told by my finance person that for each new part they added to the 2021. The truck came with 2200 miles on it. When I asked about the mileage, I was told by my finance person that for each new part they added to the truck, they have to drive it 200 miles to reset some of the functions. The first time I washed and vacuumed the truck, I found beer bottle caps from under one of the seats and other trash and what appeared to be mud-type markings around the windows that I've been trying to rub out. When I lifted the hood to add some wiper fluid, there is mud all inside the hood and engine. Based off of these things, I think this was a loaner truck or a runner truck that I was deceived into purchasing as "new". Additionally, I have discovered that the truck runs approx. 5 mph faster than the speedometer shows. When I took the truck in to have it recalibrated, I was told I would likely need to pay for a part to have the speedometer recalibrated, though it was due to the new tires the dealership placed on the truck prior to the sale, and the dealership should have calibrated the truck, as instructed by the automaker, and now they are going to attempt to pass that cost onto the buyer, a month after the purchase. Alex in the service dept. said he would have to see if sales would pick up the charge. I have left several messages for Alex and he has gone dark. More
Horrible experience and waste of our time. Spent two days talking to salesman about a new F450 they had just got in. Day 1 we went to look at the truck and decided we were interested in it, if we could agree talking to salesman about a new F450 they had just got in. Day 1 we went to look at the truck and decided we were interested in it, if we could agree on terms. Day 2 we came back with our trade in vehicle and test drove the F450. When presented "the deal", they had added an additional $30,000 to the truck supposedly because it was the only one in the country. At no point during any previous conversations with the salesman was it mentioned there was $30k premium added to the price. We were also told that all dealerships are doing this. This is not true as we spoke to another local Ford dealership after we left and they aren't marking their vehicles above MSRP. They were also extremely low on our trade in price...again, this was discussed with the other Ford dealership, who agreed they were very low. Westway Ford needs to post actual prices on their website or have their salespeople fully disclose their intent to add premium fees before wasting everyone's time. To us, this is an integrity issue and we would never do business with a company like Westway Ford. More

I saw the perfect F150 online - began chatting and 15 minutes later was sitting in front of Shelby Luce. She asked me more questions to better understand what I was actually looking for and in 1 shot, sh minutes later was sitting in front of Shelby Luce. I was also able to trade in my current vehicle and received an amazing offer, which I used as a downpayment on the truck. I highly recommend Westway Ford! They worked with me on my credit application and I walked away with a very competitive interest rate and a nice downpayment on THE perfect truck! Shelby is all about customer service and she delivers! The finance and service teams have also been very helpful! More

Horrible experience, I went in trying to purchase a car. But I was texted by a sales man that never called me to introduce himself. When I got there, the price of Vehicle we wanted to purchase went up in price by 10k. He asked me to go in because I would have some “leverage” he told me the payments would be a certain range. He didn’t even say why or even ran my credit to provide me any deal. When I left he mouthed out a cuss word at me. Very disrespectful. His name is Jose Arevalo. I was even willing to pay cash to get the car. But the sale representative didn’t seem like wanted to make a sale. He was very disrespectful. I would never purchase a car there. My whole family has purchased cars there and so have I. Will never go back. More
