Horrible Service Experience My daughter and I brought her Ford in for service over five weeks ago. It took 2 1/2 weeks for them to even take a look at it. It's now been over a m My daughter and I brought her Ford in for service over five weeks ago. It took 2 1/2 weeks for them to even take a look at it. It's now been over a month and we still don't have the car back. At the 3 1/2 week mark we found out they needed to work on the transmission and the warranty only covered less than half of it. The communication is horrible and when they say they're going to call with an update, they don't. We were told three different time yesterday that the car would be ready and were told, at closing time, that it would not be. After calling this morning, we were told that it was a lengthy recall job and they're not sure why we were told that yesterday... and hopefully it'll be ready today. We're over this place and would just like our car back. We definitely DO NOT recommend this service department. It would be different if their communication and promptness to their customers were important, but it's obviously not. More
Terrible ONLINE Customer Service I contacted 10 different Ford dealerships online on November 9. I told all of them what vehicle I wanted (2019 Ford Fusion SE) so that I could compare I contacted 10 different Ford dealerships online on November 9. I told all of them what vehicle I wanted (2019 Ford Fusion SE) so that I could compare apples to apples. My intention was to purchase by Thanksgiving (within 2 weeks). I asked all of the dealerships to provide me the window sticker and final drive-out price including TTL. I did not want to negotiate back and forth and waste hours of my life to save a few hundred dollars. I wanted to work with the dealership that gave me the best deal from the beginning. Unfortunately, the level of customer service I received from Dakota Rodriguez and Juan Pineda were less than exemplary. They both emailed me continually asking for additional information. They provided me a window sticker and price as I requested. But, they emailed me and asked what other dealers are quoting. Juan said they have great “customer service”, “guarantee to beat any written price”, and “will do ANYTHING to close this deal”. I replied to Juan saying that if 2 dealerships “guarantee” to beat the written price, then I should be able to get the Fusion for free. Clearly, I just need to go back and forth until we get to $0.00. Of course, everybody knows there are limits. So, I asked Juan what penalty is there if he doesn’t “beat the written price”. His response to me was (in his exact words): “As for my guarantee, I guess we will never know since I won’t have that opportunity.” I understand that many dealerships provide “guarantees”, “great customer service” and “will do whatever it takes”. It is all good marketing talk, but essentially not quantifiable and enforceable. In this situation, it was very simple for Juan and Dakota. I wanted a window sticker and their best price that they are willing to offer. Clearly, Juan was not willing to do “whatever it takes” to earn my business because he would not send me his best price. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I can’t recommend Westway Ford in Irving TX. More

Not the best but i will take part of the blame. Tried to do most of this online and worked with Howard to get it done. Got deal pretty much worked out and went to test drive and finish deal. Truck had some damage to it and noticed Howard made sure he didnt bring it up. Mainly pointed out interior features. Test drove truck, gave another quick glance around it did the deal. Should have looked better i guess. Didnt noticed they had rigged the plastic on back bumper to help hide how much damage was there. First trip out of town the next day i find out CD player doesn't work, which by the way was a feature Howard pointed out as a selling point. I just think they could do a better job of making sure features work on truck. Also the hiding the damage of back bumper is pretty low. At least point it out. Truck does run good and im for the most part happy. But still disappointed at same time. More
