I would give zero stars if I could. I tried to get a quote on a new vehicle that I saw on their website. I spoke to someone via text as well as phone. They refused to give me a price q I tried to get a quote on a new vehicle that I saw on their website. I spoke to someone via text as well as phone. They refused to give me a price quote unless I drove to their dealership. DFW is a huge area. In addition, I live a few hours away. I explained this to the guy on the phone and via text. I was told they would speak to the manager and get back to me. They never responded. I followed up MULTIPLE times. Still no response. They simply refused to give me a quote. I chose to buy a Bronco at a different location who had a quote ready for me within five minutes of asking for one. More
