We apologize that the problem was not resolved in a manner in which was appealing to you, Sir. We always try to do everything we can to help but sometimes their is corporate "red tape" that restricts us from being able to proceed the way we would like to. Because of so many regulations from the manufacturers about our processes sometimes our hands are tied while the Manufacturer performs their side of the research into that individual case. A good majority of the time in these situations it does require calls and input from the customer in order for the resolution to take place. We do see that our quality of work was still top tier and rest assured we always try to do our best. It is not always as rapid or hassle free as one would like because of constituents on us, which leads to strife but we always work for a satisfactory resolution. Thank you for your feedback! We are going to work with the manufacturer to continually improve on our processes.
