I was welcomed so warmly and offered a test drive after an excellent conversation with Steve, who asked me important questions and really listened to what I hoped for in a car and in my purchase experience and continued service. I test drove the exact car I wished for in every detail then Greg helped me finalize my selection process for financing. Greg case up with several excellent options and explained everything thoroughly. Then Steve and I discussed Simoniz which I was able to get right then and I called my insurer. I did not think I would be eligible with my fair credit and being a small business owner but I received not only excellent rates in financing I got over $4,000 in rebates taken off the price of my dream car I thought I could never afford. Within a few hours I was driving home in a car that I love! Then Steve followed up to see if I was happy or had questions and he also set up my first of two free oil change and maintenance visits. Everyone at Whaling City was so kind and no pressure and just wanted to make sure I am happy which I could not be happier. I recommend them highly and am so happy I got my vehicle there. More

Trusting, Family Atmosphere! I had taken my 2005 Taurus to Whaling City for service since my boyfriend boyfriend bought a 2014 F-150 there per recommendation of a family friend. E I had taken my 2005 Taurus to Whaling City for service since my boyfriend boyfriend bought a 2014 F-150 there per recommendation of a family friend. Even though my Taurus was old and I only went for oil changes and small repairs, I was always treated with the respect as if I were a member of the family. My Taurus recently started to fall apart so I approached Dan Corriveau, who sold my boyfriend his truck, about looking into a gently used car. As a first time car buyer I was clueless and slightly terrified of the process, but all of my questions were answered honestly and Dan was very accommodating to all of my concerns. I decided on a beautiful black 2016 Fusion and I couldn’t be happier, with the process and the car itself. Greg LeBeau in the finance department helped me get a great loan and taught me a lot about the car buying process, and finances in general. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed into a decision. I’m excited to go back to visit and get my first oil change! More

I told Daniel that I was interested in arranging a two-year lease for a silver 2017 Ford Escape. I had driven an Escape for two weeks when my car had been hit by another vehicle. I liked the Escape very much. (I had been driving Honda CR-Vs for many years.) Daniel arranged to show me that car; we took it for a drive.I decided that the Escape was the car I wanted to lease. Daniel arranged the lease that I had wanted. He had me speak to a financial agent who went through the details of the lease with me, answering my questions clearly. From the day I began to shop for the car and lease wanted, until I chose the Escape, Daniel did an excellent job. He was well informed about the car I selected and about the leasing arrangements.
