I have been a loyal Ford customer for years and was lo I came into Whaling City Ford Lincoln to test drive and possibly purchase a new to me vehicle. I have been a loyal Ford customer for years and was looking to upgrade to the Lincoln experience. I had a great experience from the time I walked in till I drove off the lot in my new to me Lincoln MKX. Everyone that I encountered was kind, courteous, professional and knew their craft. They were very knowledgeable and gave me all the information that I needed and more. I was given ample time to ponder and make sure that I was making the right decision for me. I never felt pressured. Daniel was a pleasure to deal with and he paid a lot of attention to detail and making sure that I was getting everything that I needed. Darnell and Greg were equally knowledgeable and helpful and they all worked well together and as a team and I was made to feel like family. I first met with Bear who introduced me to a polite, young man named Shad who took me on a test drive and knew the car's many features. I then met Darnell and we discussed financing options. Still unsure, I slept on it. I went back the next day after deciding on which vehicle I wanted and Darnell fulfilled my request. Everything, including the value of my trade was met.
