A sales person met me as soon as I got out of my truck. He took me inside and we talked about 2 trucks I had seen on the internet. He talked about the trucks and answered my questions with no pressure. He gave me the pricing on the trucks and we took one for a ride. When we got back we talk about financing and price and options I had without putting any pressure on me till we were both happy with the price. From then on Oscar Garza took care of everything making it a very easy buying experience. This was the second truck I bought from Whaling city Ford and both times it was more like being a friend than just a customer. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and genuine. More

There was absolutely no high-pressure like many other dealers, and we appreciated that a lot!! After we decided we wanted to buy a 2017 MKZ, he took us to the service department and to the lounge where people wait when their car is serviced. Even told us that Whaling City would pick up our car - give us a loaner and return our car to us. Have never heard of a dealer doing that!! All in all it was a very, very good experience!! More
