To whomever , I recently purchased a chevy 2500hd truck from Wheelers Automotive and couldn't be more pleased. The salesman was great to work with and out of all my questions he(Micheal Kulnhofer) only had from Wheelers Automotive and couldn't be more pleased. I received a letter to replace the blower motor/resistor harness in my 2004 silverado. I took my truck to Wheelers and had them replace the unit itself under warranty. After the serivce, I had found some harness in my 2004 silverado. I took my truck to Wheelers and had them replace the unit itself under warranty. After the serivce, I had found some leftover small copper wire and a wire shrouding left on my floor mat. I was displease to find this but found out a possible cause, and though it was due to non-work related technician's loss. I contacted Marlita about the remains after the service, and was given an accomidation to make up for this. I found this pleasing as I am VERY picky about my truck. This is why I rated a 2 of the quality of work. The blower motor controls are working fine, which is good. But due to the poor cleanup, I rated it bad. Please note that. The truck later had an airbag light come on, being alarmed after having it serviced I contacted the service department with my complaint. Marlita, from customer service did accomidate my complaint with a diagnostic. I later had this verified and was happy to see that they had given me the right information. Though I will be replacing the sensor myself I was please with the outcome of the situation. My overall experience from this dealership was rocky at first, but the follow-up really pulled through for them. More
