Posted previous review on this and it wasn't posted bere. Not surprised. I will post this review on all appropriate sites. My name is --------------- and was in the dealership yesterday, Friday 1/11, to look at a Mazda6 for my daughter. I dealt with Jay, and discovered that the vehicle had been sent out to service an a/c problem.Jay stated that the vehicle should return to Wheels the next day, totttday, at about 11 AM. My interest was sincere enough to have submitted a loan application, while there, stating that I would return the next day with my daughter to see the vehicle. This morning, Sat., I received a call from Jay stating that the vehicle would be back for viewing at about 2 PM. I made an appointment to be at Wheels at 2:30 PM. I arrived , with my daughter, at 2:15 and saw the vehicle parked out front. We went inside and Jay was with a client saying he would be with us shortly. We went outside to view the car while Jay was busy, and were told on approaching the vehicle that it had been sold. I was immediately mystified that I had been encouraged several hours earlier to come down and view the vehicle and was now being told, after filling out a loan app the day before, that the car was sold. I have not received any comments from Jay, even though my daughter and I spent some time looking at other showroom vehicles before leaving, and have not heard from him since. I am still troubled by the whole experience, so thought that I would vent my frustration via this email. Thank you. More
