We were recently looking for a vehicle to replace our 2003 Yukon and found the 2008 Buick Enclave on the Whitaker website. The next day I called and started working with Jerry. My wife and I are very fussy and were unsure of the idea of buying a vehicle we had yet to see in person or drive. We had looked at a few vehicles locally that we were promised were in "mint" condition that ended up being far from it. After explaining what we were looking for and expecting Jerry checked out the Enclave and guaranteed that the car would meet our expectaions. Being we live in Fargo he offered to meet us in Alexandria and said if we arrived and did not find the car to our liking he drive it back to the dealership no questions asked. We met him made the deal at what we feel was a fair price for the car and trade value for the Yukon. We love the Enclave and Jerry took great care of us in a fast, smooth, friendly manner. More

I have never had such an easy car buying experience. We went up one day and test drove a Buick Enclave. Jerry was very informative about all the features and options available. We told Jerry we were going to go home and think about it, there was no pressure to purchase, he sent us on our way with brochure in hand. We drove it one more time, where Mike helped us, again very knowledgeable about the car, and we decided we'd get an Enclave. At this point we talked to Steve and he asked us what options we wanted. They did not have a vehicle on hand with all the options we wanted but they found one for us the next day. There was no haggling, they gave us a very fair price to start with. They had all the paper work ready for us when we picked up the car. A little bit of signing and we were on our way. Couldn't have been easier and so far we love the car. More
