Went to look at either a new or used vehicle at Whitaker GMC-Buick and ran into Dan Freeman. Dan was open and honest while helping my wife and myself. Doug is by far the friedliest and Honest manager I have come in contact with. Once we ran into Dan we came to understad why Whitaker is a first class dealership as this location operates and deals like the manager. We wrapped up our Purhase with Bob in finance who was open and honest. We were over an hour after close and he was patient and a joy to work with. We have been in a few times since we purchased our new Buick Lacrosse and all salesman have been terrific answering our questions. We look forward to many years of great service. More

I was in need of getting a vehicle with at least 3 rows of seating. I had gone to quite a few different dealerships and in fact was lied to repeatedly at one place. I then was told about Whitacker Buick of seating. I had gone to quite a few different dealerships and in fact was lied to repeatedly at one place. I then was told about Whitacker Buick GMC. I went up there to look and was treated like a real person and not just someone who was going to spend money. They asked me what I wanted and how much I could afford to spend. Dan took my kids and I on a test drive of a vehicle they had just gotten in and not even finished cleaning up yet. I fell in love with the car and told him I wanted it. Dan informed me it had not been through there shop yet to be checked out. Dan told me the tires were going to be replaced for sure. Dan called me on Monday to let me know it was in the shop and not only the tires were being replaced but also the rear brakes and rotors and the tie rod ends all needed to be done. Tuesday night my wife and kids and I went up to get the car. The financing guy named Bob took great care of us. He offered us some warranties which we took and still the price was where I told them it needed to be. I was looking to find a particular car when I noticed one I liked on the Whitaker website. I sent an email inquiring as to whether or not that car was available. I hadn't been away from my computer for mor I liked on the Whitaker website. I sent an email inquiring as to whether or not that car was available. I hadn't been away from my computer for more than 10 minutes when Gary Miskowic contacted me to let me know it was still at the dealership. I was so impressed with this fast service as I'd previously contacted 2 popular dealerships in the South metro and hadn't heard a thing from them. AND...Gary had even contacted me on his day off which really impressed me as most people probably wouldn't have gone out on a limb to help a customer on their own time. I met up with Gary a couple days later and he let me take the car out for a test drive. He explained everything I needed to know about the car including accessories I wouldn't have even thought to ask about. He helped me make my decision of buying the car so much easier than my last auto purchase. I didn't feel pressured to buy the car and they were willing to work with me on my terms including giving me what I wanted for my trade-in. Even when I brought the car back a week later because I had noticed a leak and one of the lamp bulbs out, Brian (Service Dept) took care of the problem and even replaced a burnt out bulb that I hadn't even noticed. Buying at Whitaker and working with Gary, Brian and Bob (in Finance) has probably been my most enjoyable car buying experience compared to my previous purchases. I felt totally comfortable and was really impressed with the high level of service I received. I'm so glad I decided to check this dealership out.
