January 2020 I bought a 2016 Malibu that was certified pre-owned with 45,970 miles. In less than 8300 miles, the brakes and rotors had to be changed after fighting with the dealership they did it for no c pre-owned with 45,970 miles. However, now the car has 87,800 miles and I had to have another brake job of both brakes and rotors. The dealer I took it to today said there was no way this should have happened to a certified pre-owned vehicle if the inspection and repairs are being done properly. I would not trust the sales or service department here. More

I took it there to fix the A.C. was blowing hot on the drivers side, paid for Diagnostics. They said it was rusted shut, voiding the warranty. It's a 2019 and no metal parts. Asked for a picture and they wouldn't give me one. parts were 50% higher than another dealer, Labor was more than double. totaling over $3000 Took it to local ASA certified mechanic, he fixed it for $500 and no parts. White-Allen is nothing but Liars and cheats, Especially Wess. Good luck if you take it there, open your wallet wide. More

It’s always something after oil change I took my truck in for a routine oil change & got my tire rotated as well. I did not have any error messages on my dash board. Shortly after I pulled I took my truck in for a routine oil change & got my tire rotated as well. I did not have any error messages on my dash board. Shortly after I pulled off I get “low tire, TPM” so I immediately go to the tire shop on W Third St by my home&call Tom back at the service center. All my tires had the right air pressure so Tom told me to come back so he can check to see if my computer need to get reset from the rotation. I took it back to only be told that my sensor in my tire is now bad. I said which one? He replied “the one on the driver side with the rubber stem.” I said “did you notice this when I got my tires rotated? Because I didn’t have any needed repairs on my vehicle inspection sheet.” He replied “ Ms. Spear I know & I will cover the labor if you buy the part.” I said “it’s all always something every time I get a oil change they mess something up.” Now I have to buy a tire sensor for $125 if it’s that. As a loyal white Allen customer Why wasn’t I told about my tire sensor or rubber stem from previous routine inspections that come with the oil change? More
