Purchase of a previously owned car the salesperson I dealt with was Vaughn Tackett. He was quite thorough and patient with me. He was not pushy. It’s always something after oil change I took my truck in for a routine oil change & got my tire rotated as well. I did not have any error messages on my dash board. Shortly after I pulled I took my truck in for a routine oil change & got my tire rotated as well. I did not have any error messages on my dash board. Shortly after I pulled off I get “low tire, TPM” so I immediately go to the tire shop on W Third St by my home&call Tom back at the service center. All my tires had the right air pressure so Tom told me to come back so he can check to see if my computer need to get reset from the rotation. I took it back to only be told that my sensor in my tire is now bad. I said which one? He replied “the one on the driver side with the rubber stem.” I said “did you notice this when I got my tires rotated? Because I didn’t have any needed repairs on my vehicle inspection sheet.” He replied “ Ms. Spear I know & I will cover the labor if you buy the part.” I said “it’s all always something every time I get a oil change they mess something up.” Now I have to buy a tire sensor for $125 if it’s that. As a loyal white Allen customer Why wasn’t I told about my tire sensor or rubber stem from previous routine inspections that come with the oil change? More
