We have been shopping for a new truck for the last 2 months and visited 4 other dealerships. Following the usual runaround, none of them tried very hard to meet our financial requirements or getting the months and visited 4 other dealerships. Following the usual runaround, none of them tried very hard to meet our financial requirements or getting the truck that had the options we wanted. White Allen contacted us and offered a bonus to trade our truck. We set up an appointment, online, and got immediate response from Ralph Broyles, the General Manager no less. They also had 3 Silverados that had the options we wanted. We met with Ralph and he introduced us to John Lawhorn. John had the trucks outside, ready for inspection and ask us to choose one...that didn't take long! He crunched the numbers while Ralph got the appraisal for our trade-in. We were astounded when they came well within our budget, plus we got more truck options than we expected. Darold Gantner finalized the finances and we were out the door in 3 1/2 hrs with our new truck. Going to White Allen was like a completely different world. Everyone was friendly, aware of what was going on, and really wanted to 'earn' our trust and business. There was no pressure or haggling about anything. They gave us the best deal available right from the start. We were thrilled and almost overwhelmed when we left. I sure hope they made a few bucks on the deal. This is like a Mom & Pop dealership.
