We have looked for a specific Chevy Equinox since December. Most of the dealership/salesmen only seemed interested in selling something they had on their lot, or one of their other locations. Given the popularity of the Equinox, we never could get what we wanted at a price that consistent with what we could pay. Todd was willing to do whatever it took to get us the "right" car, even though they did not have it on their lot. When we walked onto the lot, we saw an Equinox (not the color we asked for, but our second color choice) sitting in front of the door. When we looked at what the car had, it was a perfect match (save the color). With Todd's help (very professional) and the efforts of the sales manager and the finance person, the process got us what we needed, wanted, and at a price below what we felt was far when we left the house. We had heard that White Allen Chevrolet had a good overall reputation as a dealership. They certainly reflected this with our dealing with them. The sales people were knowledgeable and all were friendly and helpful. When dealing with the price of the new vehicle, we did not feel overly pressured or pressed to accept anything beyond what we really wanted/needed. The price we were quoted for the new vehicle was very good; as well as a better than expected allowance for our used car. We are very well pleased with our overall experience with them.
