Battery Replacment White-Allen Honda Service was very responsive to my a situation in which my 2018 CRV would not start due to a battery issue. Roadside Assistance inf White-Allen Honda Service was very responsive to my a situation in which my 2018 CRV would not start due to a battery issue. Roadside Assistance informed me that the vehicle's battery had a defective cell. After my vehicle was jump-started I called White-Allen and relayed the issue. They were supportive in that they allowed me to "walk-in" without an appointment. I brought my vehicle in within 10 minutes of my calling them. Within 40 minutes they completed a load test on the battery and determined that a cell was indeed defective. They then replaced the battery and had the vehicle back to me in about 1 hour. I appreciate the short-notice support and resolution of the issue. More

Everything turned out exactly the way it was supposed to and the transaction was handled in a timely fashion. This year I called Dan to find out if White Allen Honda would be interested in purchasing an auto from me. Dan answered all my questions. I took notes again. Everything Dan told me would happen worked out exactly like he said it would. The transaction was simple and I didn't have to spend a long time waiting for anything to be completed.
