Desperate in need of an Oil Change. My oil life was at 10% and I was scheduled to take a road trip the same day. The service rep said “sure we’ll get you in, it’ll be 1.5-2 hr wait”. “Ok, I have no choice.” To my surprise, I was out of there in approx 1 hr. I am extremely pleased with the service department! There is another Honda dealership about 3 miles from my house, but I bought my first Honda from White Allen in 2003 and have always returned there for servicing. I have subsequently bought 3 more Hondas from White Allen and always recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a new or used car.
