I feel ripped off I took my car in due to an engine noise. Three days later I paid $1,300, but still had the same engine noise. When I talked to the service manager he I took my car in due to an engine noise. Three days later I paid $1,300, but still had the same engine noise. When I talked to the service manager he said they believe the noise was inside the engine and there was nothing that could be done short of tearing the engine down. So I just spent $1,300 with nothing to show for it. And the added bonus.....someone at the service departments cleaned out over three dollars in change from my coin compartment! This is not the place to take your car if you are having engine trouble! More

Second, the sales person was very professional and pleasant to deal with in addition to being very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Finally, we were very impressed that he took the time to personally show us how to use all of new vehicle features to include getting us setup on Honda Link instead of just telling us to read the manual or listen to the CD.
