Came in for an express oil change. Alissa noticed that my mileage was 25,000 and we discussed the advantages of completing the 30,000 check-up. The wait time of course increased due to the 30,000 service. The weather was perfect for a long walk! Alissa explained in great detail what to expect with the 30,000 service! I trusted Alissa and she made me feel welcomed at the service department There is a closer Subaru dealership near my Woodbury home however I continue to use White Bear Subaru because of the wonderful service and great staff.
