Jose at White Bear made buying a vehicle easy, he even picked me up at the airport. The dealership offered a great price without pressure and Matt in finance spent as much time as I needed to feel comfortable. Ryan spent an hour going over the vehicle to assure I understood the features and offered to have me come back to go over it again or talk if through on the phone. Everyone one friendly and helpful.

James went above and beyond good or even great customer service in our recent experience with Acura service on our MDX. He kept us informed during a prolonged series of weeks while our vehicle was being evaluated. James was proactive and friendly in every interaction, helped guide our interaction with Acura corporate customer service, and ultimately was able to facilitate a final outcome that made sense and more than met our needs.
