Have had poor service the last few years with this dealership. Most recent oil change in Sept. ‘22 also had to return back because technician did not put a reminder/followup sticker. Very basic task a dealership. Most recent oil change in Sept. ‘22 also had to return back because technician did not put a reminder/followup sticker. Very basic task after doing an oil change. Also followed up with service manager because of a seperation of the steering column casing. He told me to ome on in and they would look at it. No appointment needed, just a text to him before coming. Texted/called him 3 times, no response. Because of all these issues these last few yeRs I will never return to Subaru White Bear. Worst customer service from a company ever! I will and have shared my experience with others so they are aware. More
