Great adviser - techs sent great videos, great work. Car runs great so far. Brakes excellent! Reasonable pricing. Only problem I have is “handling charge” if I provide parts and have them shipped to you. Understand if you have my parts in stock or can order from in stock elsewhere. My parts would have been back ordered. Would have had to wait weeks if not months. I found parts and had to make an extra trip to bring them in. Luckily I had another car I could use. If that would not have been the case, you were going to charge me 25% of the value of the parts for handling charge (approximately $61 in my case). In my opinion that is unreasonable and inconvenient for the average customer who is on a budget. Other than that A+ experience! More
