Absolutely great service, as usual! My Forester wouldn't start in the garage and White Bear sent a low truck to bring it from Merriam Park in St. Paul to their Service Center. In addition to recharging the battery, the annual check-up was done and now the car is really operating like it did when it was young (I have a 2014 model!). Missed going there and eating cookies while I waited! More

Jessie charged for a tire rotation when it should have been free since I purchased the tires there. This happened despite his awareness that it should have been free (he mentioned it when we were going th been free since I purchased the tires there. I left a message later in the day regarding the issue but I didn’t get a response for 24 hours. Generally I’m pleased with the Service Department- hopefully this was an aberration. More
