Thanks for messing up my Saturday! I brought in my mother-in-law's Foresters for an oil change two weeks ago. It leaked oil after that and I brought it back to have them look at it. I had to wait about two hours for them to get it fixed. As it turns out, they forgot to properly tighten the oil plug. "It was barely in there," according to the person I talked to. Nobody even said "We are sorry you had to come back" Actually, when I said I would rather be fishing, he said so would he, but he will have to wait until tomorrow. I guess I will bring my mother-in-law's car to my VW dealer from now on. Thanks for messing up my Saturday morning! More

Good, friendly service I went there to look at a car I had seen on Car Guru. Even though the car I wanted to see had already been sent to detailing, Jose went the extra mile I went there to look at a car I had seen on Car Guru. Even though the car I wanted to see had already been sent to detailing, Jose went the extra mile to get it back to the dealership for me to test drive when it was convenient for me. I fell in love with the car so Jose started the process for me to purchase it. Everything went smooth from start to finish. Disorganize & Dangerous Bought my 2011 subaru here, after initial checks after purchase, they said brakes (among other systems) were all in the "green" meaning they were inta Bought my 2011 subaru here, after initial checks after purchase, they said brakes (among other systems) were all in the "green" meaning they were intact and safe to drive. Within 2 months of purchase, I went to use my brakes and watched as the brake pads literally fell out of my car behind me as I was headed toward a stop sign on a high speed road. Luckily I was able to come to a stop using metal on metal. I brought my car in to get the brakes fixed & was told the rotors and calipers were completely rusted away and they were surprised I had brake pads for as long as I did. This is not something that could have happened in a 2 month period that I owned the car. This dealership is not honest and did not do the proper checks. The day after I bought my car, i realized they installed the wrong sized windshield wipers and in the wrong direction. They let me come back to have them replaced "for free" and threw in a free carwash for my troubles... Just recently I needed a new brake light switch as per the recent recall. Their shop did not do the road testing. When we went to pick up my car, the brakes locked up while driving. As in the brakes locked in place and the car could not move, We had to have it towed back to have them literally flick a switch in the correct placement. They did not do this correctly OR road test it for safety. When I emailed them about this, I received a reply weeks later, questioning my brake pad experience and a slight apology. This is NOT a safe dealership to purchase from. I know multiple others who have had similar experiences and I hope others never purchase here for their own safety. More
