Model features were fully explained; there was no attempt to up-sell and no pressure applied to select features that we didn't actually want. Karl Gunderson was equally patient as we went through paperwork and selected surface treatments. The after-sale, valet service from Automotive Performance Studio was spectacular. A driver arrived at our home in the northern suburbs, took the vehicle to Hopkins Honda for surface treatment application and returned it before noon. The entire experience was most pleasant. More
