This was the third time for this failed part to be repaired. Also, had two make two visits to get last repair completed the free tire, brakes, etc. Check was not performed during first visit. Brought in 05 Outback for oil pan. Tech ran into problems doing the install and asked for additional time to remove rusted parts. I agreed. Tech did a great job getting the part out within the requested time doing the install and asked for additional time to remove rusted parts. I agreed. Tech did a great job getting the part out within the requested time and saved me from a much bigger more expensive repair. Service adviser kept me informed. Overall great job More

Great service, pleasant to deal with. I had trouble with the online scheduling tool, but someone got on the chat immediately and I was able to get scheduled into the slot I wanted.
