This is the second time I wrote about this experience Matt Hansen suggested I call a Subaru representative (he gave me a phone number) to see if I could get help paying for replacing my cars shifter becau Matt Hansen suggested I call a Subaru representative (he gave me a phone number) to see if I could get help paying for replacing my cars shifter because sometimes the key would not come out. After making the call I was fully reimbursed $388 for the work that was done. I more than appreciated this reimbursement!!!!!! There were dirty water spots on my light front seat passenger upholstery when the wet floor mats were put back into the car. Again Matt and another young man tried to fix the spots and I can still see a few spots - but they tried using the orange cleaner. I love my Subaru and my daughter just bought the new Ascent from the new Subaru in invergrove by her home. More

Did everything right, and at a lower than expected price I didn't buy my vehicle at White Bear, but took it there to replace a tire that had sidewall damage.
