Great adviser - techs sent great videos, great work. Car runs great so far. Brakes excellent! Reasonable pricing. My parts would have been back ordered. Would have had to wait weeks if not months. I found parts and had to make an extra trip to bring them in. Luckily I had another car I could use. If that would not have been the case, you were going to charge me 25% of the value of the parts for handling charge (approximately $61 in my case). In my opinion that is unreasonable and inconvenient for the average customer who is on a budget. Other than that A+ experience! More

Absolutely great service, as usual! My Forester wouldn't start in the garage and White Bear sent a low truck to bring it from Merriam Park in St. Paul to their Service Center. In addition to recharging the battery, the annual check-up was done and now the car is really operating like it did when it was young (I have a 2014 model!). Missed going there and eating cookies while I waited! More

Jessie charged for a tire rotation when it should have been free since I purchased the tires there. This happened despite his awareness that it should have been free (he mentioned it when we were going th been free since I purchased the tires there.
