ABOVE AND BEYOND. I was having an intermittent starting issue with my Acura TLX that needed to be addressed. At the same time, I was dealing with an elderly parent w I was having an intermittent starting issue with my Acura TLX that needed to be addressed. At the same time, I was dealing with an elderly parent who was in hospice and nearing the end. Clearly a stressful time and it was important that my vehicle was there for me when I needed it. After the initial diagnosis at While Bear Acura, it was determined that I needed a new starter. This was late on a Thursday and the new starter could not be delivered until Monday. Nena Downey, my Service Advisor, understood what I was up against and was proactive in her assistance. Not only was she genuinely empathetic but Nena recognized my need to be with family during a very difficult time. Within 10 minutes, she had a loaner car waiting for me so I could get on my way. As promised, my TLX was ready for me to pick up Monday afternoon. For me, it is the little things that can make a difference between having a great experience vs a good experience. Nena and the rest of the White Bear Acura team really helped me out in a time of need and is something for which I am grateful. More
