I was disappointed that I was charged for the re-aiming of my headlights. They had been too high since I purchased the vehicle, but it took me a while to figure out why oncoming traffic frequently flashed of my headlights. They had been too high since I purchased the vehicle, but it took me a while to figure out why oncoming traffic frequently flashed their lights at me. When my husband finally rode with me at night, he immediately commented on this. I also was not pleased that the service manager who checked me in wore his mask under his nose the entire time I was at the dealership. If there is a requirement to mask up, then it should be done properly. I will probably use a small local shop for simple oil changes in the future. More

Customer service at this dealership is a great reflection of the now retired manager Sam Shoumann. Never have been to this location and felt like I don't matter or I was less that their top priority. White Bear Subaru was fantastic. They were able to get my vehicle in 5 weeks before I could even get an estimate for repair of the Foresters antenna after a huge chunk of ice fell f They were able to get my vehicle in 5 weeks before I could even get an estimate for repair of the Foresters antenna after a huge chunk of ice fell from a steel roof at a self-service car wash. The vehicle was returned good as new and it looked like the inside of the vehicle had been detailed. I have had my Forester for 3 years and have only taken it to W.B. Subaru where they have always provided great service at an affordable price. More

When I arrived, I was told it would take 2 hours for an oil change. It took 2.5 hours and they didn’t wash my dirty car.
