Excellent Service Team We had just bought a car mid December and were already getting a warning light for the 4WD system in our 18' Outlander. I had first talked to Lisa and We had just bought a car mid December and were already getting a warning light for the 4WD system in our 18' Outlander. I had first talked to Lisa and she was very attentive and listened to our concerns, she set us up with an appointment and let us know if we didn't fee safe, they'd get us in ASAP. My wife called back, and shared her concerns, and they got us in the next day (Saturday). Upon arriving, the staff was great. They ran diagnostics and found that there was an issue with the battery. Our 2 year old was sleeping in the back seat at the time, the young man (service tech) and service manager Troy were great! They were so great that they had us pull into the warmer bay, and replaced our battery right on the spot, they got it done in no time we were able to stay in the vehicle! They turned it around so fast that our 2 year old was still sleeping when we left!! You don't get customer service like that anymore, the fact they went out of there way to get us in and out like that is very impressive. Coming to this service center is definitely worth the 45 minute drive! Thanks again, Lisa, Troy and Service Tech! More

I get all my service done at the dealership they have never been overly expensive on oil changes; even tires are cheap when you consider the free tire rotations. Which for me is huge when I get an oil change and tire rotation done every month. Legitimately the last place I'll get a car from, they have the best service, prices and people. More
