Safety Recall Received a recall notice from Mitsubishi. I called White Bear Mitsubishi (WBM) to schedule the inspection. Troy Miller, Service Mgr, called me back Received a recall notice from Mitsubishi. I called White Bear Mitsubishi (WBM) to schedule the inspection. Troy Miller, Service Mgr, called me back the next day and left a message with regard to the recall. I scheduled the inspection very soon after my call. The work was done and everything completed in a professional manner. Everyone was friendly, personable, and efficient. Since the time to complete the work was to take 2-3 hrs, I left the dealer to do some other things. I was offered a ride to my destination, but it was unnecessary. My error was in not letting anyone at WBM know I left, so when my Outlander was completed they couldn't find me. They called my house to be sure everything was ok, and to tell my wife to let me know I could pick up my vehicle. Their follow-up is excellent. Many good reasons why they are successful. More

Amazing sales experience I wanted to surprise my wife for valentines day with a pre-owned Infinity QX56. She has been wanting one for years. I've dealt with many different salespeople throughout the years, not many stand out in actually being a great salesperson offering an easy smooth car buying experience. Jared Selas, you displayed many characteristics that many in the field lack. Integrity and actual car knowledge. Its very unfortunate to hear you are no longer at this dealership and I wish you the best luck. My dealer experience was just as good as my sales experience. My particular Outlander was not on the dealer lot during my purchase. They provided me with a loner until my vehicle was ready to pick up. I was given daily updates on the status of my vehicle by my salesperson. We hit a slight delay because condition of my vehicle was not up to showroom standards, they quickly fixed any imperfections (dent and scratches) In the end my vehicle was personally delivered to me at my home by another salesperson Nancy (excellent job) I couldn't be any more satisfied with the purchase.
