disappointed did alot of research on buying a new car. settled on mitsubishi outlander. unfortunately we have no dealer nearby, closest is 45 miles. checked price did alot of research on buying a new car. settled on mitsubishi outlander. unfortunately we have no dealer nearby, closest is 45 miles. checked prices all around the midwest. one in chicago had the best price-100miles. long story short after a test drive of the bait and switch model, next was white bear with the best price, 300miles-found the specifics we wanted, between online and email with sales. bought it sight unseen as we had test drove elsewhere, and my parents were driving through, they brought my car to me: with out the requested add ons I paid for: a hitch and aftermarket remote start. (had concerns about remote start, had heard bad things about it-sales assured us all would be fine...hahah). so we had to make a special trip to whitebear 300 miles(luckily my uncle lives near-we stayed there)...grr. when we brought it in, they couldn't find our file to finalize everything, waited about an hour. then left our car, came back the next day and it still wasn't ready. waited two hours! finally get our car on the road...have hated the remote start. not sure why but getting out of the car once set off the alarm. unlocking the door with the remote and opening to get in set off the alarm. having the car still unlocked after we got out and forgot something, went back opened the door, alarm went off. if we remote start the car, then go out to load up, it shuts off when we open the door-it doesn't stay running while we load. we don't have a roof rack, so there is molding in the crevice on the roof where they would go...has come off twice on the highway-first time they replaced it, (another trip to whitebear) second time we called the week before a trip up that way, lady said they were too busy to get us in. told us we should find a closer dealer to home. a parking light in the front headlight area fell out of its spot backward in toward the engine, this was fixed same time as the roof molding. but didn't last 5 days, and fell in again. i thought they said a years worth of free oil changes, but only got the first one free. back bumper scraped up easily pulling stuff in and out of the back. my old suv had a rubber guard along the bumper so it didnt scrape up the bumper. high def. radio fades in and out, don't like it. turned off the high def. got 30 miles to the gallon twice in the year i've had it. otherwise averages 25-26. highway or city driving. otherwise, love the car! More

No pressure approach I had made an appt. to test drive a particular used vehicle. When I arrived the first person I talked to was Richard, the dealership manager. And he obviously wasn't just a sit behind the desk boss. He assisted me immediately and introduced me to Sunny to continue experience. After just 2 minutes of intro and talk about why I was there, Sunny went to bring the vehicle up front for my test drive. We talked during the drive and established enough rapport for me to decide to come back in several days to continue the process. Sunny was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and humorous. I returned later, purchased the vehicle and appreciate the service and care I received from Sunny. I would recommend him to anyone for a car purchase. More
