Great service! I recently bought a Ford Focus at this dealership. The car was brand new but had some hail damage, so the price was significantly discounted. Jim I recently bought a Ford Focus at this dealership. The car was brand new but had some hail damage, so the price was significantly discounted. Jim Adler is a fantastic salesman; he is a congenial, no pressure salesman that obviously enjoys his work. He was very honest about the hail damage, which was really not that bad. (He had to actually point some of the spots out to me). Jim gave me a great deal (thousands off the sticker price) and good suggestions for inexpensive ways to get the dents fixed if I wanted to. He washed the car, filled the tank, and offered to connect my phone to the Bluetooth system before leaving the lot. Jim also gave me a generous amount for my trade-in, which sealed the deal. Can't say enough about this dealer. Thank you Jim Adler! More

Fly in & Drive out -- Internet car shopping We live in western New York, and discovered a used Ford Escape on Car Gurus.com We called the White Bear Lincoln Dealership in St. Paul, Minnesota, m We live in western New York, and discovered a used Ford Escape on Car Gurus.com We called the White Bear Lincoln Dealership in St. Paul, Minnesota, made a deal over the phone, and flew to Minneapolis/St. Paul to pick it up. Tom Taube arranged to have us picked up at the airport for no extra charge. When we saw the car, it was exactly as represented, and we love it! Rich Fuller, the salesman, patiently explained the many special features on the Titanium model, and then he drove off to fill the gas tank for us. We have never bought a car, and driven away with a free tank of gas! The staff at this dealership are superb! Buying this car involved driving home through 7 states, and it was a great experience. We definitely recommend checking out the cars at White Bear Lincoln. Wish this dealership was closer to us. More
