I was extremely pleased with the way Dave handled my visits to the showroom. He answered all my questions and was patient and understanding of my lack of knowledge in certain areas. I particularly like visits to the showroom. He answered all my questions and was patient and understanding of my lack of knowledge in certain areas. I particularly liked the fact that when I misplaced my cell phone he did not hesitate to make an extra trip with me back to the car show room in White Plains to help me look for my phone. In addition, after I got my car I had some additional questions about the functioning of the heater. I called up Service and was told to come in the next day. I do not remember the name of the Service person that worked with me, but he was extremely helpful in explining to me what was going on and that nothing was wrong. Two weeks later I had a problem with scratches on the car. I took a chance and drove in to Service to try and get some help. Walter was called and was extremely helpful in his recommendations and assistance. If the car works as well as the people I have met, I will be very happy and will make sure that my next car is bought at White Plains Nissan. More
