We were charged over $300 and told the issue was simply a bad fuse that had been replaced. However, after driving about 150 miles, the fuse blew again and the trailer brakes stopped working. We then took the bad fuse that had been replaced. However, after driving about 150 miles, the fuse blew again and the trailer brakes stopped working. We then took the truck to our local Ram dealership, where it spent a week in the shop. They discovered the actual problem was a bad ground in the 7-way plug. Needless to say, we were shocked to be billed over $300 for a fuse replacement especially since we already had the part on hand and even more frustrated to learn less than 24 hours later that the fuse was not the root cause of the problem. As a result, we are now out $300 and also lost the use of our truck for a week while the true issue was properly diagnosed and repaired. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a full refund. I can provide receipts from our local Ram dealer as proof of the actual repair if needed More

Went 2 times for same service and both times said the service did not need it. Went to another Jeep service center and said the service needed to be done. Wasted time and fuel 2 times for nothing. service did not need it. Went to another Jeep service center and said the service needed to be done. Wasted time and fuel 2 times for nothing. More
Incompetent and inconsiderate of the customers time or convenience. Would never recommend. Probably should just close service department. convenience. Would never recommend. Probably should just close service department. More
My truck was in for service. Got a call saying it was ready. Went in and paid and got my keys. My truck was blocked in to its parking space. Went back inside and spent 15 mi Got a call saying it was ready. Went in and paid and got my keys. My truck was blocked in to its parking space. Went back inside and spent 15 minutes looking for someone to move some vehicles. Could not find anyone so went back out and tried to move it out. As careful as I was, I still clipped the bumper of the truck next to me. Yes my fault and I accept that. Do not hand someone their key while their truck is blocked in and then disappear to lunch or wherever. I also called the next day asking if my oil was really changed because my sticker wasn’t changed and my oil life not reset. I called and left a voice mail asking the question and never heard back. So I am under the assumption it was and I did pay for it. Attention to detail seems to not be a priority with Whites. This is the third service I have had with them and have had issues each time. Ylwhite is the only mopar gig in town. It would be nice if they got their act together! More
