My truck was in for service. Got a call saying it was ready. Went in and paid and got my keys. My truck was blocked in to its parking space. Went back inside and spent 15 mi Got a call saying it was ready. Went in and paid and got my keys. My truck was blocked in to its parking space. Went back inside and spent 15 minutes looking for someone to move some vehicles. Could not find anyone so went back out and tried to move it out. As careful as I was, I still clipped the bumper of the truck next to me. Yes my fault and I accept that. Do not hand someone their key while their truck is blocked in and then disappear to lunch or wherever. I also called the next day asking if my oil was really changed because my sticker wasn’t changed and my oil life not reset. I called and left a voice mail asking the question and never heard back. So I am under the assumption it was and I did pay for it. Attention to detail seems to not be a priority with Whites. This is the third service I have had with them and have had issues each time. Ylwhite is the only mopar gig in town. It would be nice if they got their act together! More

Called Joey o. Thursday June 19th in parts and explained my issue with my truck and told me that he would have to order a part. Joey then called my Friday the 20th Thursday June 19th in parts and explained my issue with my truck and told me that he would have to order a part.
