We had an appointment and the person didn't put it on the books. The car didn't get fixed and we had to wait till the next day for it to be fixed. Sales staff was knoligable and very friendly. They explained other perks that I could get and I chose not to take advantage of them. There was no pressure from the salesman at all. I had to take my car into Honda Service to have them look at a grinding/vibration noice and they kept my care for two days, ordered the part and fixed it. I picked it up and o. The way home the car made a di at a grinding/vibration noice and they kept my care for two days, ordered the part and fixed it. I picked it up and o. The way home the car made a different sound but in the same area as they just worked on. I took it back to them the next day, they kept it over night and they next day I picked my car up and it is as good as new! Both times I dropped my car off to be evaluated and fixed they kept me informed. The whole staff kind, friendly and knowledgeable! More
