They first told us that there’s gonna be a diagnostic charge to look at our 2025 CRV that should be underneath warranty.They told my wife that there was no problem with it. I called and told him that the charge to look at our 2025 CRV that should be underneath warranty.They told my wife that there was no problem with it. I called and told him that there is a problem that’s why we brought it and explained it again and then they figured it out and said it was the rear diff fluid need changed and need changed at 15,000 miles, which is really close to when we brought in for the first oil change and no one mentioned that to us. We had no idea it needs changed. So we had to pay for that too. You think we’d be told that it was needed at 15,000 miles or it would be on our information screen in our car that needs done. So now I’m worried because we were over the 15,000 miles and what damage could it have caused to our rear differential. More
